WakeIQ provides premiere HOA benefits for Promontory by delivering unparalleled surf and wakeboard experiences on Jordanelle Reservoir
We have been teaching surfing, wakeboarding, and professional boat driving for more than a decade and log thousands of hours each summer on the water. We pride ourselves in catering every outing to the unique needs and desires of our guests. We have turned non-boaters into boaters and have helped countless families connect through the power of a shared activity that creates lasting memories.
Just to the West of the main launch ramp is a private path leading down to the Salt Coast Marina slips. Please enter the gate with the secured gate code sent to you via text the day of your session. We will have a WakeIQ sign awaiting your arrival so it will be easy to identify us.
Yes, the homeowner must be present to ensure HOA benefits are being used by those paying for the monthly HOA dues.
Yes, we do as long as they are accompanied by the HOA member and have signed the necessary waivers and enrollment forms. Although our boats typically accommodate 16-19 persons we are limiting the group size to 10 with up to 6 persons riding behind the boat per session.
Each session will be begin and end at the private Salt Coast Marina located conveniently at the Jordanelle. There is no cost to the HOA member as long as they are current on their HOA dues. The captain, boat, fuel, and all of the gear for 2 hours of lake time one time per year will be provided based on the input received when your session was confirmed by one of our staff members
There is no minimum age to attend the session. Please let us know all of the attendees and the ages prior to your session and we will ensure we have life jackets and gear for everyone to enjoy a day on the water.
Yes, we include all surfboards, wakeboards, wake foils, tubes, kneeboards, life jackets, sun screen, safety equipment, waters, and snacks for your outing. Please show up wearing your swimsuit, a towel, and ready for a fun time on the water. We welcome you to bring any drinks you would like as long as they are not in glass containers. Please do not bring any other snack,
unless a medical condition requires you to do so, because we want to keep the boat in clean and orderly condition for other guests. Please make sure you fill out the “Get to Know You” form prior to your session so we can best meet your needs and desires.
We do not expect a tip, but they are always welcomed and appreciated. At the conclusion of each session we will send a survey where your feedback on how we are doing, the service we provide, and what we can do to enhance the experience for your neighbors is critical to not only making each outing the best it can be, but also to present to the HOA board to ensure we can continue offering this great benefit. If you feel like we did an exceptional job, we would love to have you rate us with 10’s on each question, but if you feel we can improve we would love to know that as well.
If you need to cancel your session for any reason, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to ensure we can utilize that time with other guests and not have our staff spending unnecessary time. Repeated cancellations or cancellations within 48 hours may void your annual HOA Private Boat Charter Session.
That is great. We can get on your boat and help you dial in the wave, expand your surf, wakeboard, or wake foil skils, or enhance your spouse, children (16+) or your skills with driving the boat, trailing or anything else you want for up to 2 hours annually. Please make sure you fill out the “Get to Know You” form prior to your session so we can best meet your needs and desires.
